Silgan Closures, a Fortune 500 packaging leader, is seeking a Field Service Specialist to support customers across the Upper Eastern region. This role combines hands-on mechanical work with building long-term customer relationships, offering stability, training, and opportunities for career growth.

You will troubleshoot, train onsite, and test plastic, steel, and aluminum closures while managing your own schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to travel 90% of the time.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the East.
• Provide onsite training, troubleshooting, and testing for plastic, steel, and aluminum closures.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Manage your own schedule and workload effectively.
