Qualifications

• 5 years of commercial/industrial refrigeration service experience or 10 years with High School Diploma/GED.
• At least 3 years of maintenance/service experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to contractors and technicians.
• Conduct site assessments based on service calls.
• Support troubleshooting during service execution.
• Perform proactive remote diagnostic health checks.
• Assist with technician scheduling and service delivery.
