Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED
• HVAC program certification or associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• CFC Type II or Universal EPA certification
• Ability to travel locally, nationally, and internationally
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical blueprints
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, repairs and calibrates refrigeration and electrical systems on environmental test chambers
• Installs and maintains environmental test chambers
• Travels to customer sites, up to 50% overnight
• Supports sales by acting as service and chamber liaison for customers
• Communicates with customers professionally to build relationships
• Represents company in a professional manner at all times
• Reviews customer requirements and provides input on product development
