Job summary

Weiss Technik North America, Inc. is seeking a full-time Field Service Apprentice to learn about and assist in the diagnosis and repair of refrigeration and electrical systems used in environmental test chambers. The apprenticeship involves training at our Cincinnati, OH and Grand Rapids, MI facilities, preparing you for independent deployment as a Field Service Technician.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, with responsibilities ranging from customer satisfaction to technical assistance. This role provides growth opportunities over an expected training period of up to two years.

Qualifications

• Employee must be able to perform simple math functions.
• High School Diploma/GED or comparable experience required.
• Must be capable of reading and understanding SOP’s and FDA/GMP’s.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosis, repair, and calibration of complex refrigeration and electrical systems.
• Maintain clean and orderly workspace.
• Document field trips accurately and responsibly.
