Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is looking for a Field Service Engineer to install, start up, maintain, and troubleshoot automation systems for the Pulp & Paper industry, with emphasis on QCS and EPKS/DCS platforms.

This customer-facing role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving, and ability to travel up to 60% across the Midwest and West. You will participate in an 18-month training program to obtain L3 CEAT (QCS L3) certification, while supporting ongoing service duties and

Qualifications

High School Diploma and 1 year of engineering or technical field experience.
Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Basic Windows OS and Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

Travel to pulp & paper customer sites to provide technical support and maintenance.
Support QCS and EPKS/DCS control systems at customer facilities.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnostics and testing.
Collaborate with operators, management, contractors, and Honeywell personnel.
Document service activities and prepare periodic reports in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Participate in on-call duties and respond to callouts as required.
