Responsibilities
Provide remote technical support and service to probe card customers.
Work under a microscope to manipulate microscopic wires using tweezers.
Use Microsoft Excel and Word to document work and communicate with customers.
Work independently without daily supervision, maintaining flexibility and organization.
Diagnose and troubleshoot basic electronic issues.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
