Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Buffalo, NY to provide on-site hardware support and repair for HP PC and Printer products, including configuring hardware, software, and networks for optimal performance.

The role requires proven hardware repair experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication skills. Applicants should be prepared for overtime and on-site customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; additional hardware training preferred.
• Proven experience in hardware repair and troubleshooting of complex issues.
• Ability to bend, crawl, stoop, sit, lift up to 50 pounds, and handle OT.
• Onsite customer-facing experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site hardware support and repair for HP PC and Printer products.
• Configure hardware, software, and network components for optimal performance.
• Diagnose hardware issues using mechanical and technical skills.
• Manage service events efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers about technology solutions and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
