You will troubleshoot hardware, firmware, networking, and integration issues, collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and R&D to improve reliability. The role requires up to 70% travel, with flexible hours for installations and escalations.

Qualifications

• Experience with hardware installation, integration, or validation (lab, manufacturing, or field environment).
• Ability to troubleshoot across hardware, firmware, and system-level integration issues using diagnostic tools.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 70% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, and validate Synopsys emulation and prototyping hardware at customer sites and internal labs, ensuring systems are deployment-ready and meet performance specs.
• Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, networking, and integration issues across boards, chassis, power distribution, and peripherals, performing root cause analysis and driving fixes to closure.
• Partner with Hardware Engineering, Manufacturing, and R&D teams to surface product issues, recommend design improvements, and help improve system reliability across the platform.
• Develop and execute validation procedures that confirm hardware quality, system integration, and readiness for production use before customer handoff.
• Document installation outcomes, failure modes, corrective actions, and deployment metrics to support continuous improvement and knowledge transfer across the team.
• Support manufacturing reviews and quality initiatives by feeding field data back into the product development cycle.
• Travel domestically and internationally approximately 70% of the time to support installations, upgrades, relocations, and escalations, often on short notice and with flexible scheduling.
