With the possibility of travelling to multiple customer sites, you will gain exposure to a wide range of systems and challenges, including control systems and PLC diagnostics. If you enjoy solving complex problems, leading in the field, and making a direct impact on critical operations, visibility, and technical depth to grow your career.

  • Serve as the primary on‑site representative, building strong relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure services are delivered in alignment with contract requirements, timelines, and expectations.
  • Coordinate technical services, logistics, provisioning, and system configurations to support customer operations.
  • Maintain and review equipment logs to identify trends, determine repair needs, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Use basic computer literacy, including navigating Microsoft Office 360 and standard desktop applications.
  • Travel as required to support customer sites and business needs.
