Job summary

Oceus Networks LLC is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to lead installation, configuration, and validation of customer solutions on-site in The Colony, TX. The role spans Associate to Lead levels, with travel and potential leadership responsibilities.

You will diagnose issues across hardware, software, and networks, mentor junior staff, and collaborate across engineering teams to ensure secure, high-quality deployments in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Current secret security clearance (or ability to obtain).
• BS in Computer Science/Telecommunications or related field.
• Current state-issued driver's license.
• Location in The Colony, TX and readiness for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex installations, configurations, and full end-to-end validation of customer solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, and network issues across multi-vendor environments.
• Direct field deployments, ensuring documentation and test results meet standards.
• Mentor Associate- and Staff-level engineers through guidance and training.
