Job summary

Oceus Networks LLC is hiring for Lead and Staff Principal Software Engineer in The Colony, TX. You will lead end-to-end software design, guide teams, and ensure secure, scalable solutions for mission-critical networks. Candidates should have senior-level expertise and strong leadership.

On-site work is required with occasional travel; a current security clearance or ability to obtain a secret clearance is preferred. Excellent communication in English and a BS in a related field are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Telecommunications or related field.
• 8–15 years of engineering experience in software or telecommunications.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide teams across complex subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex software components for mission-critical systems.
