Qualifications

• Evaluate faults with diagnostic software and test equipment, identify root causes.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, calibrations, and tests.
• Collaborate with customers to provide support and ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process enhancements.
