Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair Roche Diagnostics equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and refer complex problems as needed.
• Document service reports, updates and emails in a timely, professional manner.
• Identify opportunities to promote service contracts to customers.
