Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and maintain automated laboratory instrumentation in the greater Cleveland area. The role requires a strong electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting background and overnight travel.
A minimum of 3 years in field service is preferred, with biomedical instrumentation experience a plus and COVID-19 vaccination mandatory.
Qualificações
- Certificate or AAS in electronics is required.
- Experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
- Overnight travel will be required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
- Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.
- Individual must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Responsabilidades
- Involved with the installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.
- Establish a good customer relations foundation.
- Coordinates problem resolution within the Field Support Group
- Maintain car inventory, such as tools, trunk stock (parts), etc.
- Provide basic on-site training regarding the operation of company instrumentation.
