Job summary

Acloché LLC seeks a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain medical laboratory instrumentation in the greater Cleveland, OH area. The role requires overnight travel and a proven background in electronics/electro-mechanical troubleshooting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in field service, prior experience with medical lab analyzers, and must be fully vaccinated. Benefits include a company vehicle and comprehensive medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS in electronics.
• Experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other instrumentation is a plus.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and perform preventive maintenance of instrumentation.
• Establish good customer relations.
• Coordinates problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
• Maintain car inventory (tools, trunk stock, etc.).
• Provides basic on-site training regarding operation of company instrumentation.

Education

Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics

Experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting
