Top Echelon Software, LLC in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and maintain laboratory instrumentation including hematology and chemistry analyzers. The role requires overnight travel and a minimum of 3 years in field service within the medical device industry.

The ideal candidate holds a Certificate or AAS in electronics, is proficient in electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting, and is fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS in electronics required.
• Experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel required.
• Minimum 3 years of field service engineer experience.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers is a plus.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relations.
• Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
• Maintain vehicle inventory including tools and spare parts.
• Provide on-site training on company instrumentation.
