RRC Solutions Group in Davenport, IA is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on medical laboratory instrumentation, including hematology and chemistry analyzers. Overnight travel is required, and candidates must have a electronics/electro-mechanical background.

We offer a base salary of 65K–85K with overtime and performance bonuses, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits. COVID-19 vaccination is required; relocation is not provided.

Competenze

• Certificate or AAS in electronics or related discipline is required.
• Good experience with electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel will be required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation is a plus.
• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Mansioni

• Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance of instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
• Maintain car inventory, such as tools and trunk stock (parts).
• Provide basic on-site training regarding operation of company instrumentation.
