RRC Solutions Group in Rock Island, IL is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service medical laboratory analyzers and automated robotic lab instrumentation in the Quad Cities area.

The role requires electronics/electro‑mechanical troubleshooting, a Certificate or AAS in electronics, and willingness to travel overnight; COVID-19 vaccination is required. Relocation not offered. Experience with medical lab analyzers is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS in electronics is required.
• Strong experience with electronics & electro‑mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel will be required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation is a plus.
• Individual must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsabilités

• Will be involved with the installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinates problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
• Maintain car inventory (tools, trunk stock).
• Provides basic on-site training regarding operation of company instrumentation.
