Job summary

Block Imaging in the United States is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and maintain medical imaging equipment, with travel across the country.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in engineering and 3–7 years of medical imaging experience, including WOMENS HEALTH/Hologic services.

You will diagnose issues onsite, adhere to safety/OEM specs, and communicate with internal teams while growing technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• 3–7 years of medical imaging engineering experience preferred.
• Preferred experience: Women's Health/Hologic equipment service.

Responsibilities

• Service medical imaging equipment across the United States.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot imaging systems to OEM specs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and advanced level repairs.
• Document issues and provide updates to management.
• Collaborate with teams and communicate customer feedback.
