Varian Medical Systems is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform preventative maintenance on linear accelerators and imaging systems across designated customer sites in Salisbury, NC. You will manage service orders, expenses, consignment parts, and related documentation while escalating issues as needed.

This on-site, field-based role requires strong time management, communication skills, and the ability to maintain positive customer relationships.

Qualificações

• Excellent time management and professional communication skills both internal to Varian and externally to customers.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships through written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Basic knowledge of electronic, electro-mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance on Linear Accelerators and imaging systems as per procedures.
• Maintain field service work orders and expense reports in a timely manner.
• Manage consignment and other required documentation according to VMS procedures.
• Communicate required follow-up actions to primary assigned representative.
