Qualifications

• Excellent time management and professional communication with customers.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Familiar with technical documentation and test equipment.
• Basic knowledge of electronic, electro-mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on Linear Accelerators and imaging systems outside normal hours as required.
• Manage time and maintain daily/weekly schedule for field service tasks.
• Submit field service work orders and expense reports promptly.
• Maintain consignment parts and required documentation per VMS procedures.
• Escalate incidents to senior staff when needed and communicate follow-up actions.
