Job summary

Therakos Healthcare Limited is seeking a Field Service Engineer to maintain, repair, and service Therakos equipment within a designated geographic territory. The role requires on-site hospital work, instrument installations, and coordination with Clinical Services and Territory Managers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (medical technology/biomedical) and at least two years in medical device service, with strong ISO compliance knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical certifications will also be considered.
• Minimum of two years of experience maintaining equipment, preferably within the medical device industry.
• Familiarity with Quality Systems and ISO regulations, including cGMP and ISO standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey technical information.
• Experience with NetSuite, Master Control, or similar database systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and service Therakos equipment within an assigned geographic territory.
• Provide on-site support to customers and manage instrument installations.
• Oversee service operations, including third-party service providers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide real-time support.
• Travel up to 70%, including overnight.
• Document work accurately and timely per SOPs.
