Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Engineering or a technical discipline.
• 3+ years of field service experience servicing or repairing laboratory instruments.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically with access to major airports.

Responsabilités

• Install and commission instruments at customer sites, ensuring users benefit from our technology right from the start.
• Deliver comprehensive operation and software training, empowering customers to use equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform field repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity for our clients.
• Provide prompt phone and e-mail support, addressing customer issues with efficiency and professionalism.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships, enhancing Microtrac’s reputation as a trusted partner.
• Accurately document service visits and maintain clear records, supporting continuous improvement and compliance.
