The role involves on-site installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and repairs, plus customer training, documentation, and collaboration with management and sales teams; travel up to 50% is required, and residence near New York City is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical training; 4+ years in instrumentation maintenance or troubleshooting in regulated labs.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and computer skills.
• Familiarity with clinical/analytical lab environments; experience with Agilent biopsy stainers a plus.

Responsibilities

• On-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and repairs of hardware, software, and networking.
• Optimize system configurations and provide customer training.
• Collaborate with management and sales teams; document service activities.
• Support quality systems and provide feedback to product teams.
