Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in field service or related roles.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing complex industrial machinery.
- Ability to travel extensively domestically and internationally.
- Valid driver’s license and passport.
Responsibilities
- Install, start up, troubleshoot, and service industrial equipment at customer facilities.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, controls, and process-related issues.
- Configure machine controls, drives, software, and communication systems.
- Train customer personnel on equipment operation and safety procedures.
- Document service activities, technical findings, corrective actions, and customer feedback.
