Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment including printing and packaging systems and robotics.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance inspections.
• Manage parts inventory and customer service calls.
• Maintain positive customer relations through effective communication.
• Act as liaison between customer and internal departments.
