Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Engineer III to install, troubleshoot, service, maintain and repair imaging equipment at customer sites in Southern Nevada.

You will support CT, MRI, and X-ray modalities, delivering timely repairs and operator training to ensure peak system performance. The role requires a Biomedical Engineering-related degree and five years of field service experience, with 100% travel within the Southern Nevada region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Technology, Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in medical imaging service or field service roles.
• Experience with service, preventive maintenance, and modifications on medical imaging equipment.

Responsabilités

• Install, troubleshoot, service, maintain and repair Siemens imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Support CT, MRI, and X-Ray modalities with timely repairs and operator training.
• Manage territory financial performance including revenue, expenses, and inventory control.
• Mentor other CSEs and maintain customer relationships.
