Qualifications

• Experience in field service for rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines).
• Troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and process control systems.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Strong customer-facing communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service with strict safety compliance.
• Provide technical support for centrifugal pumps and compressors.
• Lead installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot complex failures across mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Use PLC logic to diagnose and optimize equipment performance.
• Lead RCFA investigations quarterly based on workload.
• Create and manage service cases in CRM systems.
• Train customers and partners through technical sessions.
• Oversee on-site work to meet OEM/API standards.
• Generate technical reports and warranty evaluations within 48–72 hours.
• Support rebuild, repair, and retrofit activities per OEM specs.
