Carl Zeiss Meditec USA, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer II for the Cleveland, OH area. In this role you will diagnose, install, repair, and upgrade optical/electronic equipment at customer sites, with limited supervision.

You will manage company property, maintain communication with customers and internal teams, and contribute to high customer satisfaction. The position requires 3+ years in electronics or related fields, a BS in a technical discipline, and ability to travel, including

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in Electronics, Fine Mechanics, Optics or Medical Field Service.
• BS in Electronics, Engineering, or Computer Technology and related fields preferred.
• A+ and Net+ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and upgrade designated products within a field service territory.
• Schedule and verify customer visits, assess needs and potential impact to practice and patient well being.
• Complete field service reports daily and expense reports weekly per policies.
