Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional field service experience.
• Experience delivering hardware and software support at client sites.
• Experience in a customer-facing role presenting to all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs to replace components on server stacks.

Responsibilities

• Create and run tests under guidance; prepare setups and instrumentation.
• Assist with template updates and maintenance of case repositories.
• Run QC on logs (units, references, metadata) and package results for reviews.
• Track tasks, versions, and approvals in workflow tools.
