Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in field services or equivalent role.
• Experience delivering technical Field Services at client sites.
• Experience in a customer facing role with reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Triage issues with direction from Dell support.
• Execute plan of action from Domain Engineer/L3 via Teams, Email, Phone.
• Document POA results, logs and service reports to Dell via case email.
• Reseat or replace parts and upgrade firmware as needed.
• Perform system tests and collect logs for diagnostics.
