Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair personal computers and related software.
• Support basic network connectivity and hardware issues.
• Connect devices to existing data networks.
• Maintain trouble logs and documentation in ticketing systems.
• Provide in-person and remote support to end users.
• Perform minor hardware and software repairs.
• Assist users with proper use of hardware and software.
• Document daily support activities and resolutions.
• Collaborate with staff and management regarding system needs and improvements.
