Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years hands-on technical experience installing, troubleshooting and repairing complex analytical instruments.
• Fields of study: Electronics, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical field.
• Additional relevant certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex analytical instruments across customer sites.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients in research, industrial, and healthcare settings.
• Train customers on equipment operation and document service activities with detailed reports.
• Travel as needed within territory (up to 50–75%).
