Job summary

WGNSTAR is hiring a Field Service Engineer Level 2-3 – Wet Tools in Boise, ID to install, maintain, and service state-of-the-art semiconductor wet processing equipment. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, the ability to read schematics, and a customer-focused mindset.

Full-time, with up to 10% travel, salary $35–$42 hourly and a comprehensive benefits package. Eligible for full benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401(k); overtime opportunities and on-site

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; military training may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for installation, maintenance, and site support for state-of-the-art semiconductor equipment.
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs.
• Power up new equipment and calibrate.
• Document findings and escalate unresolved issues.
• Work with customers and field support under time constraints.
