Job summary

WGNSTAR is seeking a Field Service Engineer Level 4-5 – Wet Tools in Boise, ID. The role involves providing onsite support for installation and maintenance of state-of-the-art semiconductor wet processing equipment, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs with adherence to procedures.

The position requires an associate’s degree in engineering, strong communication, and the ability to work overtime. Travel is up to 10%. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in an Engineering field required.
• Military technical training and/or field experience may substitute for an associate’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for installation, maintenance, and site support for semiconductor wet tooling.
• Evaluate and diagnose problems and make proper repairs.
• Follow and help develop detailed procedures.
• Troubleshoot and document findings.
• Adapt to varying shifts and overtime as needed.
