Qualifications

• 1–3 years of technical experience in field service for Engineer I.
• 4+ years of experience in field service or capital equipment for Engineer II.
• Strong customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair ASM semiconductor equipment.
• Troubleshoot tool issues using structured methods.
• Document work performed and support updates.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics

Basic knowledge of safety protocols

Proficiency with MS Office

Clear communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related field

Master’s degree in a related field (for Engineer II)
