Qualifications

• Completion of an Associate degree, military technical training, field service experience, or trade certification.
• 3-5 years of work experience in semiconductor or equipment support industries.
• Experience with vacuum/ plating or dry chemistry (PVD) equipment and related software-controls.
• Strong knowledge of hand tools and use of digital multimeters.
• Effective written and verbal communication; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment.
• Apply diagnostic techniques to assess equipment issues, with support from senior engineers.
• Collaborate with customers and engineers to align on roadmaps and requirements.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and plating systems.
• Coordinate with factory personnel to complete required activities and provide system support.
• Participate in escalation meetings to track issues and communicate status to customers and management.
• Represent the company professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
