Qualifications

• Associate degree or military technical training, field service experience, or trade certification (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport for travel.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment.
• Apply diagnostic techniques with support from senior engineers.
• Coordinate with customers to understand roadmaps and requirements.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on relevant systems.
• Escalate issues and provide status updates to customers and management.
• Mentor junior Field Service Engineers.
