Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Entry-level Field Service Engineer to support Agilent analytical instruments in customer labs, including LC/GC, LC/MS, GC/MS, and spectroscopy systems. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, repair, and ensuring optimal instrument performance for diverse clients in pharma, environment, and forensics in Delaware, Maryland, and California.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, engineering, or related sciences.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Passion for technology.
Minimal to no prior experience needed.
Effective team player.
Willing to travel (~50%) and relocate temporarily during onboarding.

Responsibilities

On-site installation and troubleshooting of Liquid Chromatography, Gas Chromatography, LC/MS, GC/MS, Atomic and Molecular Spectroscopy systems.
Diagnose product issues.
Advise on preventive maintenance.
Collaborate with Support, Sales, R&D teams.
Participate in technical training.
Relay customer insights to leadership.
