About the role

On-site technical service and sales within the FLSmidth Pneumatic Transport (PT) service group focusing on spare part and system applications. Utilizing knowledge on FLS-PT customers, equipment, systems, inspections, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities & Experience

• Write timely, concise, professional reports supporting findings and recommendations.
• Provide lists of equipment, parts, and field service labor to rectify customer problems (1‑3 years experience).
• Promote the sale of replacement parts, entire service capabilities, parts/components/programs, and systems (1‑5 years experience).
• Provide PT technical support to customers and FLS employees.
• Execute work tasks related to equipment/system inspection, repairs, and start‑ups.
• Provide all paid field service billing information to the service administrator.
• Arrange all travel activities independently.
• Work with the FLS-PT service team to ensure the right resource is utilized to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Deliver results and satisfy customer needs and requirements.
• Promote a culture of safety first.
