Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a Full-time Field Service Engineer I/II to perform calibrations and maintenance on lab instruments in the North Jersey area. The role requires travel to customer sites one to two days per week and effective parts inventory management.

Candidates should hold a two-year science degree with 0–3 years of related experience, have strong problem-solving skills, and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in a related science field plus 0–1 years (FSE I) or 1–3 years (FSE II) experience in a related field.
• Experience calibrating pipettes and/or balances (FSE II) is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibrations, preventative maintenance and repairs on laboratory equipment.
• Travel to customer sites to perform calibrations and PMs.
• Manage personal parts inventory effectively.
• Provide feedback on issues affecting service delivery and turnaround times.
• Complete administrative paperwork and reports promptly and accurately.
