GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB:

The Field Service Engineer reports to the Regional Service Manager and is a field-based, customer-facing role that is responsible for proper installs, troubleshooting issues, and for maintaining products/equipment in order to ensure and retain the highest quality possible
