Job summary

Phillips Corporation’s Advanced Manufacturing Solutions (AMS) division seeks a Service Engineer to lead installation, integration, and maintenance of hybrid manufacturing systems, CNC tools, and additive technologies. This field-based role emphasizes fault diagnosis, right-first-time outcomes, and safety.

You will work with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to resolve complex issues, document procedures, and transfer knowledge while building trust as the primary technical partner.

Qualifications

• Advanced mechanical & electrical troubleshooting across CNC and manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• CNC controls & automation knowledge; hands-on Haas CNC experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, integrate, and maintain hybrid manufacturing systems and CNC tools.
• Lead field-based service to maximize uptime and right-first-time outcomes.
• Mentor technicians and document procedures for consistent integration.
• Collaborate with customers, applications teams and suppliers to resolve complex challenges.
