Operating in a high‑impact, field‑based capacity, this position combines advanced electromechanical troubleshooting across complex laser, controls, welding, and automation subsystems with proactive remote and on‑site support. By delivering right‑first‑time outcomes, validating system performance, and developing standardized integration protocols, you will directly safeguard operational continuity while building lasting trust as the primary technical partner for our customers.

Beyond hands‑on technical execution, success in this role hinges on clear customer communication, continuous knowledge transfer, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with internal partners, applications teams, and suppliers to resolve complex engineering challenges, mentor emerging technicians, and keep technical documentation meticulous. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $65,000.00 and $95,000.00 per year plus overtime, depending on experience level.
