Job summary

Phillips Corporation's Advanced Manufacturing Solutions (AMS) division is seeking a Service Engineer to drive customer uptime by installing, integrating, and maintaining Hybrid manufacturing systems and CNC toolsets at customer sites.

You will troubleshoot electromechanical systems, support Haas CNC controls, and deliver right-first-time outcomes while documenting processes and sharing knowledge with customers and internal teams. This role demands strong communication and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Advanced mechanical & electrical troubleshooting expertise.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing CNC and manufacturing equipment.
• Haas CNC controls, tooling, and automation experience preferred.
• Strong customer-facing communication and ability to manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Install, integrate, and maintain Hybrid manufacturing systems.
• Provide field-based service with on-site and remote support.
• Diagnose and repair complex CNC and automation subsystems.
• Develop standardized integration protocols and proper documentation.
