Qualifications

• 2 years mechanical or technical trade school with 3+ years of field service experience in mechanical or electrical troubleshooting.
• In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in field service with mechanical or electrical troubleshooting.
• U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site service, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of engines and genset systems, including electronic and mechanical components.
• Commission, operate, and instrument genset systems; record and analyze test data.
• Inspect and document parts, perform field failure analysis, and prepare technical reports to ensure quality and prevent future issues.
• Maintain detailed records, logbooks, and work estimates; manage parts, tools, and vendor sourcing for field service.
• Provide technical support and training to customers and service personnel; contribute to product development and service documentation.
