TRUMPF, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Phoenix, AZ to install, retrofit, upgrade, and repair EUV Drive Laser systems at customer sites.

The role requires travel up to 100% domestically and internationally, with after-hours support and weekend dispatch as needed. Qualifications include an associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, 1–2 years in field service commissioning, and strong electrical/computer diagnostics plus mechanical tooling skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate's degree in technical field or equivalent experience.
• One or more years of experience in field service or equivalent in customer service.
• 1-2 years in field service machine commissioning experience preferred.
• 2-3 years in field service machine final qualification experience preferred.
• Strong electrical and computer systems background, and strong diagnostic experience.
• Good mechanical proficiency with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, retrofit and upgrade TRUMPF EUV Drive Laser (EUV-DL) systems, solo or with team members.
• Provide emergency field service, troubleshooting and repair of EUV-DL systems, including after-hours and weekend dispatch as required.
• Provide preventative maintenance of EUV-DL systems.
• Use Service Information Software (SIS) to create, manage and close cases, missions, and reports.
• Interface with TRUMPF departments to resolve technical problems and maintain professional communication with customers.
