Keystone Distinction Group in the Greater Cincinnati area (Erlanger, KY) is seeking a Field Electrical & Service Engineer. This full-time role combines electrical and control-system expertise with hands-on field service responsibilities, delivering on-site and remote support for automated printing equipment across North America.

You will travel 30–40% to customer sites, interpret schematics, troubleshoot PLC/HMI code, install and start up machines, and perform diagnostics and repairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent field service experience in Electrical Engineering or Automation.
• Experience reading electrical schematics, PLC logic, and control panels.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% across North America and occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Interface with clients and contractors to plan, schedule, and execute project activities.
• On‑Site Activities: Test, maintain, and repair electrical systems, components, and automated machinery, while providing daily support to both the internal parts department and customers.
• Field Service & Technical Support: Install, diagnose, and start‑up printing machines; perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs; provide on‑site assistance and training.
• Electrical / Engineering Duties: Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, PLC/HMI code, and control panel layouts; troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, sensors, and networks.
