Qualifications

• BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years of mission-critical field service experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical system theory and operation.
• Interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective time-management and prioritization of multiple commitments.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service repair and maintenance to support customers and installed base.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues; conduct testing and commissioning.
• Install new equipment and provide training to customers.
• Collaborate with sales for demos, training, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain technical competency through ongoing product training.
