Our client is a leading manufacturer of specialist machinery.

Due to growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer with an electrical bias, to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing a range of machinery for clients across the UK.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Fault diagnosis and repair (electrical and mechanical)
2. Troubleshooting known and unknown issues related to breakdowns
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
4. Training machinery operators
5. Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Electrical knowledge including safety circuits, low voltage relay logic, PLC control systems, high current power circuits (motors, heaters), and mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients
• A full clean driving license

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, growing business that offers ongoing training and development. Core hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with regular UK travel involving overnight stays (expenses covered).
